Travel Services – Terms & Conditions

Our role

We act as a travel planning and arrangement agent. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the provider of accommodation, transportation, or third-party services.

What we provide

• Trip planning and booking arrangements.
• Local coordination and support.
• Stand-alone experiences operated directly by us (when stated).
• Our service fees are separate from travel costs.

Third-party services & payments

Travel services (e.g. hotels, transport) are contracted directly between you and the provider. We may pay suppliers on your behalf as a payment agent. These amounts are pass-through costs, not our revenue.

Fees, taxes & invoicing

Our fees are clearly itemized. Pass-through costs are billed at actual cost. Consumption tax applies only to our service fees, where required by Japanese law.

Changes, cancellations & liability

Supplier cancellation policies apply. Our service fees may be non-refundable once work begins. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
